Let’s take any object and make 20 photos of it from different angles. Let’s show the pictures in a specially designed viewer. This way we will be able to provide to every user the possibility of seeing the object in a full view of 360°. Let’s add the possibility of enlarging the picture to the maximum resolution in which they were taken, e.g. 3500 pixels, and everything will be available in the time factual for the link, e.g. 1 MB. This is a solution we have been looking for since ever. Now with the Internet assisstance you can present your products with more details even than in a traditional shop.

The technology we use allows us to take one picture after another. If we do it in the exactly same light condition, and the filmed object is in the exactly same place each time, we will get a series of pictures. Now presenting them at the speed of 5-20 frames per second we will see the object spinning on our screen. This trick has been known for long but the size of the files and time to download the presentation have been the problem. Zoom360™ is a solution that with the special viewer which connects flash and Java technologies allows to watch photos online smooth and in a prefered resolution.



A spin photography file consists of 8-72 digital product photography images done in one revolution. Estimates include high-resolution digital photography and photo expenses, post-production, imaging (color correction, image enhancement, minor retouching), and flash or GIF authoring.

VIEWER

To use the spin photography technology fully, we need a fast viewer. ORBITVU VIEWER – Application Adobe Flash™ allows to view interactively presentations of products online or on a memory stick. The user is able to see the product from each side (spin). Moreover, they can enlarge preferred elements without the loss of quality. Thank to the used technology the viewer downloads from the server only the necessary for the presentation elements of the picture, and that shortens the time of the presentation download. The viewer is compatible with other web systems—it is only several HTML lines.
